An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP™) as well as a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP™) and an affiliate member of the Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR), Monica is the owner of STAGE TO MOVE, a company that provides professional home staging services to the real estate market.

Stage to Move has been helping homeowners and realtors sell their properties for three years, and business has really grown. The company now has a warehouse in San Juan Capistrano and has invested in its own furniture inventory in addition to decorative accessories.

Originally from Texas, Monica has a B.A. in Foreign Service from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. After working in international sales and internet marketing, Monica has found her passion in home staging.

Monica's flexible work schedule allows her to volunteer in the community. She is a wish granter for the Make-a-Wish Foundation in Orange County, which fulfills the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. She is also an active member of the Assistance League of Capistrano Valley, which provides a variety of humanitarian services to the community.

In the past she has volunteered for American Red Cross Disaster Services both locally and nationally, and was deployed in 2005 to Louisiana and Florida following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma.

Monica is married to Mark, a web marketing guru, and they have an eight-year-old daughter Jenna. They live in - and love - San Juan Capistrano.
