Professional Staging Consultation

A professional staging consultation begins with a walk through each room in your home and the outdoor grounds. With your permission we will take photos. Off-site, we prepare a detailed design plan showing all of our recommendations to improve your home and exactly what to do in each room. Additionally, we include a "top-ten" list of priority items. The fee for a professional staging consultation is $399.

Vacant and Model Home Staging

Stage To Move will evaluate a vacant or model home and prepare a design plan. The design plan will detail the furniture, accessories, and design elements that will appeal to the seller's target market. Proposal fees vary and are available upon request.

Color Consultations

To attract a buyer, a home must look up-to-date and display current trends. Painting a room is often the easiest and least expensive way to update your home. Our consultants are trained in the latest color trends and can offer valuable insights into what appeals to your target market. Color consultations begin at $199.

Interior Re-Design and Move-In Ready

Often our clients tell us that they love the way their homes look after they have been staged--so they want us to help place furniture and accessories in their new homes! After seeing our work, sometimes a neighbor wants help with a home "face-lift," even though it is not going on the market. Our consultants can coordinate each process. They will make your new home a showpiece from the get-go or help you update your existing home.

Are you having an event in your home or office and need to give the space a quick "face-lift"? Our consultants take the stress out of the details and help arrange rooms so that they are party-ready and fabulous!
