This project represents a significant milestone in our portfolio and showcases our ability to contribute to a residential development from concept through completion.
Working closely with the investment team, we collaborated on the home’s layout, flow, and functionality while directing the overall design vision. After the property was taken down to the studs, every design decision was made with the goal of creating a home that felt timeless, cohesive, and highly desirable to today’s luxury buyer.
Our role included space planning and the complete selection and coordination of all interior finishes throughout the home. Every element was thoughtfully curated—from flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, paint colors, and material palettes to the overall aesthetic—ensuring each space worked together seamlessly.
This project also provided valuable experience collaborating throughout the construction process, reinforcing our understanding of how thoughtful design decisions influence every phase of a renovation. Working alongside the investment team allowed us to see firsthand how design, construction, and craftsmanship come together to create a home that is both beautiful and functional.
Upon completion of construction, Stage To Move professionally staged the home, presenting the finished property in a way that highlighted its architectural features, elevated its design, and maximized its appeal to prospective buyers.
